6 Pack Attack Workout [VIDEO]
Everything is done soooo sloooow in this workout today!!!
So I LOVE training this way.. it’s so killer.. like when you do things slow like this it burns after like 4 reps..lol. The key to this is to breath and really focus on the muscles your using and the results you want. You will want to break and quit the set but you have to push through it and past your threshold. I even train my muscles this way at the gym, I will drop my weight down about 25-30% on the machines, free weights bars etc and just go super slow. 8-10-12 reps really slow. This really mixes things up for your body, it keeps things fresh and your muscles guessing and wanting more! Try this one out and please let me know how you did and how you felt. It’s about 15 mins and its really boring to watch ..lol but if you just get off your computer chair and do this one with me you will love it and how you feel later and tomorrow.

- Straight twist
- Full body scissors
- Front Plank hold
